The Ombuds Office is a safe, credible, accessibleÌýand voluntary resource. Our services are offered free of charge. We deal with the widest range of concerns and conflicts within the university, exploring and analyzing all options.
We are confidential, independent, impartialÌýand informal. We listen to your concern without judgement. Visitors to our office choose their own path of resolution.
Ombuds Office Hours of Operation (Monday-Friday):
9:00 AM -12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Consults with ombuds are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please callÌý303-492-5077. We are located inÌýSuite 484, drop by during our hours of operation to get an appointment scheduled. Call ahead to ensure that we are available. We are a small team and lock our suite when we are all busy assisting others.Ìý
We recommend that all communication with our office be done in person, by ZoomÌýor by phone. To safeguard confidentiality, we do not use email to schedule appointments or to provide ombuds services.
